stock screener , prefer someone who done similar before

I DO NOT want to teach people about financial market , i prefer someone who has done similar or anything finance and knows how to go API hello this is an addition to my site i need something similar to [login to view URL] for all these categories Value Investing Growth Investing Income Investing Dogs of the Dow Growth Leaders the criteria for each stock is listed on the pages ,so need to duplicate that on our site .I should be able to change the criteria from admin that is the listed value criteria Criteria: 1. Exchange: NYSE, NASDAQ 2. Off 5-Year High, % Is Greater Than 25 3. Price / Book Is Less Than 0.75 4. Price / Cash Flow Is Less Than 15 5. ROE, 5-Year Avg Is Greater Than 7.5 6. Debt/Equity to Industry, % Is Less Than 90 7. Current Ratio Is Greater Than 1 8. Cap, mln Is Greater Than 100 You have to know which API to use screener has to update daily . option for the user to enter email and receive alerts daily by email if anything new comes up
