Hello, I would like help with fixing a very small error, it used to work but I changed something and can't seem to get it to work again, I'd like ADMINISTRATORS (Rank 4) to change ANYONE's Custom Title on their profile. At the moment it only allows me to change my own if logged in on the correct profile and if admin, not everybodies, I'd like this to be changed so Administrators can change anybody's user title.
