Hii I have created software that will facilitate your WhatsApp campaign, Super Easy to run , 1) save all your contact in Excel file. 2) save your message in a text file 3) put attachments in same folder. 4) enter the time when you want to schedule it 5) it is not necessary that the receiver number has to saved in your contact list , you can send to unsaved account too. then simply run the software and scan QR code and you are done with sending messages to bulk contacts !!
