Script to create XML files from Database

I need to Create a sall script included on Database to sort rss in tables depend on Categories. Example : I need this database included on Beauty Category this Category included on around 1000 item every item included on (Title, Description, Link, Image) then I can Export RSS feed included on 1000 item from Beauty Category I can Create unlimited No# of Category and unlimited No# of Items for each Category then I can Export Rss feeds from this Database as the Following Link : [login to view URL]?no=4 no=4 mean ths feed included on 4 Items Only and when this link is fire every time the rss must select 4 items randomly Also I can Create empty Category then import rss items from rss link in this category. Finally I need this Script to be ready to find especial word and relapse it with another word in Link item. you can find my imagination for this script in attached I need this script within the next few hours or one day maximum.
