WP plugin + web scraping - Repost - open to bidding

I need a web developer that can develop a wordpress plugin to be used for price comparison of same product from different vendors. It should be a simple plugin and I already have a design ready for it, so you can see how I would like it to be. The plugin also needs to have a web scraper that will scrape text and link from many of the vendors websites. I will need to be able to assign the xpath myself in the backend admin panel. Overview of Features: - FRONTEND table (list) with vendors and prices - BACKEND admin panel where I can create a new vendor, assign vendors to locations (using tags perhaps?), assign logo of vendor, and assign xpath to text/link to be scraped - INTERVAL: needs to update the scraped data once a day (would be good if I could type in the hourly interval for the scraping, e.g. every 30 hour) - DATABASE: every time the data is re-scraped, it should overwrite the existing data, so the database get filled with irrelevant data - ERROR FUNCTION: Furthermore, if the webscraper fails to read the xpath and the data designated as either text/link, it needs to let me know, so I can go find the correct xpath (this function is needed in case the scraped website is updated.) Please note that it is important that the web scraper is made well, so that it doesn't create a tremendous amount of data in the DB - this will make the site extremely slow to access, as too much data will be scraped. I dont know if it should be MySQL or read directly from a XML or CSV file - I'll let that be up to you. Please note that it is only the price of the product and a link to the vendor that needs to be scraped. I am looking to have the plugin made as soon as possible, and I will need to be able to install it on more than one site. Bid on this project and let me know how soon you can have it ready.
