WP Plugin That Deploys DataLayer and Customized Scripts -- 2

The previous freelancer that I hired has disappeared after the Coronavirus forced a lockdown and I would like to work with an efficient WP Plugin developer who can finish the pending work. You can choose to complete the remaining work on codes already written or start from scratch. Whatever brings in more clarity, efficiency, and reduces delivery time. I would like to hire an experienced developer who can write a WordPress plugin as per my requirements. THIS IS NOT A WORDPRESS WEBSITE REQUIREMENT. Web Designers, do not bid. This plugin MUST be compatible with WooCommerce and Contact Form 7. Data layer should be able to deploy details about the website, content (post/pages) and eCommerce (product and transaction details). I will be providing the required customization that this plugin needs to deploy on a page-level code.
