PHP Twitter script

We are looking for a PHP programmer to make a Twitter script as follows: Functions: - Follow from search - Follow from hashtag - Follow from user's followers - Follow from user's following - Unfollow - Get list of followers by user - Get list of following by user All follow functions must have these options (all can be combined): - Follow and send direct message (with a predefined message) - Skip already once followed profiles (the script need to track the successfully followed users so it doesnt follow twice) - Follow only profiles with a custom profile image - Follow only verified profiles - Skip verified profiles - Skip protected profiles - Skip profiles who already follow you - Follow only profiles with a biography - Follow only if the user tweeted/retweeted something in the last x days - Follow only if the user has more than x tweets - Follow only if the user has more than x followers - Blacklist: Users in this list will be automatically skipped (i.e.: @user1,@user2,@user3,...) - Wait x seconds after each follow - Limit number. Will stop following when the limit (successfully followed profiles) is reached. Unfollow options (all can be combined): - Days followed (minimum). Profiles followed less than x days will be skipped. - Skip profiles who already follow you - Skip verified accounts - Blacklist: Users in this list will be automatically skipped (i.e.: @user1,@user2,@user3,...) - Wait x seconds after each unfollow - Limit number. Will stop unfollowing when the limit (successfully unfollowed profiles) is reached. The script will track on different txt files: - Successfully followed profiles - Successfully unfolloed profiles The script will load a [login to view URL] file where we will set all the opcions like: oauth_token, oauth_secret, ...
