Php script with mysql

i need to create pure php script with mysql " post job task" main functions 1. users function ( worker - supervisor - auditor - admin) 2. job task function 3. comment function 4. search function 5. notifications system by mail using smtp first step users need to choose or create project name then able to post job task - users system should have 4 level ( worker - supervisor - auditor - admin) 1. worker ( able to post or edit his job task - add comments to his job task) 2. supervisor (able to view all job task, post, delete, edit any job task - add comments to all job task) 3. auditor ( just view permissions for all job task) 4. admin ( edit setting - add/update/delete users - able to view all job task, post, delete, edit any job task - add comments to all job task) user profile should be included ( name - department - staff id - phone number ) = post job task page include - task name - status ( by default should be open and should be hidden from worker user but supervisor/admin should be able to edit "open, processing, closed) - buyer name ( users should able to add multiple buyer) - phones number ( users should able to add multiple phones number) - attachments (users should able to add attachments ) - description - date ( no one able to edit this and should be show only in view page comment function should users able to add comment to his job task search function users should able to search like (project name - job task )
