I need to fix a php / MySQL website connection issue. I have four simple websites where the web hosting provider has recently upgraded to php 7.2, causing a fatal error for connection of my MySQL database. This is probably a very simple issue that can be fixed by accessing the cPanel to either update the php extension or modify the MySQL database. I would like to get this problem solved very soon. Shown below is the error being displayed on the current website (note: I changed the domain name to a generic “website” as to preserve privacy on this public posting via freelancer).
