Project Details

I currently have an online store with about 1,200 visits. We use Worpdress + Woocommerce

I have hired a new Hosting plan in SiteGround, a Cloud VPS plan with 4 cores and 8gb.

We are having 503 error problems and the technical service does not offer me a solution. It tells me that I must hire a developer to correctly review the parameters of the store, their response in several help tickets are as follows:

"Thank you for contacting our Help Desk.

Your Cloud Server gets overloaded because of too many IOPs which actually are read and write requests.

Unfortunately, upgrading your Cloud Server's CPU cores and/or RAM wont resolve the issue.

In this case you should contact with your websites' developers or with a WordPress specialist to optimize your website to use less IOPs. I can not recommend you anyone in particular, but you can easily find an experienced specialist through some of the popular freelance websites.
