PHP - Java script for loading different adsense sizes

Hello, I'm running a website dedicated to playing browser games online for kids and I'm looking for a coder to build me a java - php small script that can display a different ad size on the game play page depending on visitor's browser resolution and the given game width and height. For example: if the visitor's computer has a resolution > 1280px and the game width <= 720px and the game height >= 480 px then load a 300 x 600 px adsense ad to the right side of the game. If if the visitor's computer has a resolution > 1280 and the game width <= 720px and the game height <= 400 px then load a 300 x 250 px adsense ad to the right side. if resolution is below 1024 px only load a 720 x 90 banner underneath the game if game width is over 860 px only load 720 x 90 banner underneath the game if game width is > 720px < 860px and screen resolution is > 1280 load a 160 x 600 banner
