Parse the elements and fix the date format

I am looking for someone who are familiar in PHP. I want to parse the elements from the streams tag for each channel from them from the [login to view URL] script, I want to remove the strings `r://` to replace it with a empty strings for each element to make it show rtmp://, http:// or whatever it is then I want to output each of the stream for each channel in the xml to allow me to generate the xml. And the last thing I want you to do is I want you to create the if statement to check the time to allow me to generate the date format for the start="" and stop="" to yesterday and today date. What my script will do is they will generate the date wrong like today date for start="" format as it is supposed to be yesterday date and it will generate the next day date for the stop="" format which it should be today date. Here is for example: 20160620230000 and 20160621000000 which it should be 20160619230000 and 20160620000000. You will need to come on late in night time to see the bugs.
