1 Page Simple PHP Script file - Login, Upload, Extract Zip, Delete

Hi, I would like to hire a freelancer to make a simple 1 page PHP script as follows : 1. Once page loaded, it will ask for password, the password is save in the same file in MD5. Once login, session is save in browser. 2. Once login will see existing files in the specified folder (fixed folder), able to delete all other file except [login to view URL] and this file. 3. Ability to upload a zip file and extract it automatically and verbose the output. The zip file will be automatically deleted. 4. Ability to change ownership of the zip file and extracted files to specified owner (fixed owner). Script user will have wheel/root user priviledge, so it can run chown command. Thank you.
