Online sports facilities booking

PHP & HTML Project Description : This booking system is used to book the badminton, squash, tennis and table tennis facilities. There are four badminton courts, four squash courts, four table tennis tables and six tennis tables in the school. All facilities open from 9:00-21:45, exclude Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, New Year Eve, Chinese New Year Eve, Christmas Day eve. The facilities are open to public. Charging is free to RP staff and students. Guest fee ($1.07/guest) must be paid at the booking counter before play. System Users: 1) All users are required to register with the system, and their registration will be validated according to the Master table in RP to identify the ?Staff and Students? and ?Guests?. 2) All users are entitled to book one ?current? and one ?advance? booking sessions at any one time. (?current?= current ?day, ?advance? = next day onwards, up to next 7 days). Each session is 45 minutes. 3) Allow users to cancel the current/advance session booked. 4) Allow users to view the availabilities of facilities for the current week and the next two weeks. System Admin: 5) The list of ?Closing date? is maintained by Admin staff 6) Admin staffs have the authorities to book the facilities for school activities in advance. 7) Admin staffs to record down the guests payment. 8) ?No Show? penalty applies to guests for the next booking. I need the entire admin portion to be done and these are the requirements : Admin page --- See the booking $$ (whether it has been paid or not) Able to filter all the bookings either by date/facility/user Able to search bookings Add/Edit/Delete facilities Needs to be able to see who booked and never show up. Have a status update Per booking include status : showed up or no show Admin must be able to see which user(s) is/are blocked from the system by committing penalties. [Penalty : Booked but no show = Booked but no payment] Admin needs to be able to view that overdue payment has been made and "unblock" user from not being able to book. [User will be blocked *unable to book* if he/she commits more than 5 penalties and unblocked *able to book* after he/she paid the pays off the accumulated booking fees.] How to ensure booked session is captured. Where in the website would the admin be able to see it. Set blackout dates. Dates that are not available for booking.
