Modify some features (like discussed) and: · Place the current error code for the third field in a box. · Add a calculation on fourth field and display information in a box. · Add an option for the customer to leave their mail address for a notification. · Load the form from the top (on a mobile) instead of in the middle and adjust a button margin. · Add two addresses to the database and auto select them when the second question is answered. · Enable customer login so they can see the status and upload documents. At this moment I also want users to be able to use the web application without an active account. · Add ".[login to view URL]" to the email addresses in the municipality database. But I would like to be able to disable and enable it for all addresses at once. So this instead of sending mail to test@[login to view URL] the mail is send to test@[login to view URL] · Create an extra field in the database and placed it on the pdf.
