WP E-mail properties Alert feature

We have a Real Estate website made with Homevillas theme from ChimpStudio. This theme already has a feature that let users to subscribe to the search criteria they have done and recieve daily alerts when new properties that match that search criteria are published in the website. We need that feature to be checked because our client is claiming it's not. I think it's about the AND OR criteria when a property is published. I mean, maybe only one search parameter is matching and the feature needs all, we don't really know how it works. Appart from that, we need to adapt that feature to this: we need the alerts to be sent whenever a property is published, and not daily with a list of them. If a property that matchs with the search criteria is published, then send an e-mail to the subscribed users with the property title, description, featured image and maybe some details like bedrooms, etc. If you need to create a new plugin to do that and stop using the Homevillas provided one, there is no problem.
