Im looking for a web application researcher a bug bounty reward

Hello freelancer... Im looking for a security researcher, that whose job is to find a vulnerability in WordPress CMS. the job is simple I will fund your research and I pay you a monthly basic salary you be working full time to find a bug and if you founding a bug into it is a good bug I will pay extra bonus as a reward. basically, it's your job to find a vulnerability on any CMS prefer a WordPress CMS cos that's what I wanted. so when you do research you got 1 month to give me a bug as you result of research at least 1 to 2 bugs so when you found it I will pay extra as a bounty reward. basically, I will fund your research to find a bug in the web application CMS WordPress. so if you found it or not I still pay you but you will show me your work on what you have been researching I will prefer what tools you want to use to do the research. please only serious web security application freelancer. if you do have a good portfolio put it on your proposal so I might contact you for a interview
