Link Generator (i.e bitly)

Looking for something similar to bitly. The idea is: I have a store and the workers that sells for me, in order to know they sold my item, they take the url of the item on my store website, generate a new link through my store or a new website, and send it to client, so when the client click the link and buy the product I can know which worker sold the item for me and he gets the bonus. Think the same way of how does sky-scanner or other similar makes money. The airlines knows that sky-scanner redirected the client to them.
