Job and Recruitment site

We are looking for a job and recruitment site. It shoud contain the usual features that recruitment site contains but I am looking for the folllowing also: Admin should be able to make unlimited fields that the applicatnt has to fill in like education, years of exp, age, height, smoker and so on. Then for each job the employer posts the employer should also be able to add new fields that will allow the employer to ask specific questions to the candidates. The candidates should be fully search able on all fields. The employer should be able to invite candidates to apply for a job after doing the search on the fields. Max budget $200.
