As per my understanding:- -> Script will be able to capture data about trade. -> The data will be saved in SQL database. -> Script should be able to send email of the same data which is stored in database. Let me know, if I am on right track or not? Would be nice, If I get answers of following: -> Do you have any existing application and you want to integrate the script in that? -> Do you want a separate script/software which work simultaneously with the trade? -> If so, What options you want in Admin Panel? -> How the values of trade be entered in the script?(Suggestion: you can enter manually the values) Awaiting your Positive response. In this type project we mostly need to focus on our database minimize the data traversal between database and application. Hey we can this using running SSIS jobs on specific time durations on the databse. I am doing stuff like this for quite some time with Sql Server Integration Service. Mails can be send of the trade and data can be updated as you wish. C# ,.net,SSIS would be my approach for this and i can do this as per your expectations.
