Integration of Old Site to redesigned site

We have been n the process of redesign of out website at www.videosneverlie.com. The site you see is the old site known as funfantasydates.com. The site has approximately 31 pages that need to be migrated. For the most part the integration is from the old interface to the new one, but there are some novel features on the new site. I am posting the jpg of the index page as an example; this page has the highest degree of difference between the old and new site. An example of the index page in progress of conversion is available at [login to view URL] but there are outstanding issues. The upper banner is to be a javascript or flash banner of approximately 50 rotating images which are complete. The video thumbnail file is to contain 6 videos- a scroll bar must be place on the right o the thumbnails to access the other two. The pages under the news section must be added to the admin panel cms for company customization and control I also have the psds for all the new pages except a few very basic pages. The site is coded in php and any work done on our site must conform to the current coding. We have a tight schedule and have less than 48 hours to make the conversion. We are available almost 24/7 to assist in the process. The task at hand is to dedicate a small team of people to the integration process. There remain 7 pages for which we are awaiting the psd files; these should arrive today, but if they do not, the bidder will have to transfer the content from the old to the new pages. This is not a big task as all the pages are static- following the same process. Bidders should be aware that the site has been under development for some time and has had many hands on deck, so great care and constant communication is needed in file access and management. All coding will be checked and we are only willing to pay on approved pages- one by one. All coding will be checked by a third party to be sure it conforms with convention.
