Description: We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a comprehensive tour quotation system. The system should efficiently handle multi-day and one-day tours, considering various factors such as the number of travelers, exchange rates, and profit margins (B2B and B2C). - The ability to create and customize itineraries, with flexibility to add varying pricing options. - An automatic calculator, to tally up total costs swiftly and accurately. Hotel Rates Module: Key Features: Automatic Quotation Generation: Implement an automated system for generating quotations daily. Allow insertion of present prices from Supplier 1. Transportation Module: List different car sizes with prices per unit (sedan 4 seats, 4x4 4 seats, GMC 7 seats, Hiace 7 seats, Hiace 11 seats, Toyota Coaster 20 seats, VIP Bus 30 seats, etc.). Include guiding fees per group. Specify entrance fees per city with supplier site prices per person. Provide restaurant prices per city per person. Calculate the final cost per person after dividing the overall expenses. Allow insertion of price lists for hotels per person in double (DBL) and single rooms. Include check-in and check-out periods. Provide an option to include or exclude taxes. Other Expenses Module: Allow manual insertion of other expenses such as flights or additional prices per person in USD. Requirements: Proficient in web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with database integration for storing and retrieving data. Ability to create a user-friendly interface for easy data input and retrieval. Ensure the system is scalable and adaptable for future enhancements.
