Improve scrapping php site performance

My site is scrap from more than 60 sites and it takes more than 5 minutes to complete. I need to make it less than 1 minute. I use php curl to scrap and jquery ajax to trigger it. I host it in shared hosting, not dedicated server. I dont want all curl processed as bulk, because I dont want to wait all complete to show the result, but I want if there is completed request then show the result without wait all request to complete.
