Hybridauth simple test experiment -- 2

I would like to use HybridAuth using a simple php webpage. I will be able to select a social media website from HybridAuth and then login (say to Facebook) via this webpage. The script will then allow me to see my list of friends in Facebook. I will then be able to select which friends I want and then it will send these friends a simple message. I need this to work for as many websites as possible that are offered on hybridauth. Looking for someone that can program this right away. I'm not looking for anything that looks nice just something that can show me that this is feasible and that works. Max bid $30
