Hosted Communications Website (ISP/Telco)

We are looking to redo our website. Our website is currently designed on the Wix platform. We are looking for either a Wordpress or JAVA site that will integrate via an API we wil provide in HTTP code for a fibre search engine that we want to incorporate into our business website. The Api search map is google maps based and will be provided by a software design company in SA there might be a few hours(3 hours or so) collaboration required between the person designing our website and the software developer for the Search map API. We will disclose all the info upon signing a NDA prior to awarding the project to all short listed candidates. We are not looking for a very complicated website but definitely something that can stand out. We are even open to a rebranding of our current logo and look. Our business is www dot hostedcomms dot co dot za, not putting the written domain for obvious security reasons. We have images etc available for the site if required. Another company of ours is skinet dot co dot za. We primarilly service businesses but are looking to offer connectivity to residential internet fibre connections as well. Our services are VOIP/Fibre and LTE connectivity. We also have our own PABX platform where we provide hosted extensions. Our company Hosted Communications is our legal and registered trade name. As mentioned we are open to a complete new logo/rebrand. We are open to options here. If you already have references or work examples of a website you build in the Telco/ISP web design field please feel free to send us some links. We have an estimate to have everything live by the 1st of April if possible. We have another platform called PortaOne for our VOIP where we also would like to have some API integration. This is not a priority for now but you are more than welcome to quote on it or provide us with advice. Any experience with PortaOne VOIP API's will also be a great advantage. We also have our own server in our datacentre where we will host the website. Our ecommerce is done via ECWID and Payfast. Our max budget I would say in USD is around a 1000USD for the correct partner/company that can assist with the above. Webdesign, Logo design, API integration coding etc. There will be ongoing work too as we improve the site from time to time.
