Hi I need to install the Magento Marketplace Connect extension. I have an issue running a backup and also installing. Here is what I need to do: Via. SSH I need to do: "php bin/magento setup:cron:run" and "php bin/magento cron:run" WHILE at the "Update pending" screen type the above commands into SSH and in seconds I could see more log output. Sometimes it needs multiple cron "kicks" before being completed, just type above commands to fix the issue. I need this completed ASAP so please only contact me if you can do this right away.
