GTA V RP Server Developer

I'm looking to hire a Developer that is familiar with the run around of FiveM based servers and experienced in SQL Database and .Lua Files. I currently just purchased a server for GTA RP and have very high expectations. The server is live and running but not at full Launch. I personally have added custom scripts and mods into the server myself via Filezilla and the Zap-Hosting site itself for our server. The problem is there is still so much that needs to be done and I'm not even a developer, I'm just the owner of the server. Our Developers are lazy and nothing is getting done and I'm of course willing to pay for all services Rendered. For more information on exactly what the Job Requires please feel free to contact me. I'm looking for a developer who is timely and consistent. The server should have been up weeks ago but it's apparently hard to find good workers.
