Freelancer Script - Zend Framework

Looking for proposals to build a Freelancer Script - based on the Zend Framework, (you can suggest other that you believe is suitable, please state why). This script has to contain the usual freelancer capabilities plus those included in the document attached. The script will have to be easily scalable to accommodate a large number of users and future multi server load distribution. The ability to plugin additional features in the future. ***Demos and ready scripts*** I understand some of you may have a ready built script please submit a demo link. I am not interested in scripts that float around the net and are hacked and rehacked. Usability, visual appeal and functionality are a must in your demo. Demos that are broken in any fashion will be immediately rejected. I will accept demos that do not yet have some of the functionality specified in the attached document. ***Bugs*** I expect you to guarantee your work, meaning that if any bugs are found in the original scrip accepted by us at he end of the contract, those bugs will be fixed by you at no additional expense.
