Fix Issues with Recurring Payments - NMI PAYMENT GATEWAY Integration

Hello, In short, our development is 99%+ finished, our developers just ran into an issue. We have a custom developed dashboard that needs to communicate with the NMI payment gateway. We need for our dashboard to receive instant notifications when a product is purchased, rebilled, refunded, or chargedback. (And our current developers are unable to integrate this feature into the code that they developed from scratch). We need this feature so that it can be communicated across all of our custom dashboards (admin, customer, and seller dashboards). A customer will receive access to the product, our admin dashboard will update with the sale, and the seller dashboard will be updated/notified of the customer purchase and the amount so that the seller can deliver the product. Furthermore, we need to know right away if a credit card can be used for rebilling payments or for a one time payment. We currently just have no way to tell immediately if a person entered the right credit card or perhaps there was a typo. Instead, they enter their credit card info, they get access to the service, and then it takes NMI multiple hours before we know if we're actually getting money or not. (and we have no way to notify the platform to revoke the product). To emphasize: NMI payment gateway is taking hours to process a recurring payment. We need to know right away if a credit card is accepted and will be able to be recurringly billed or if they entered the wrong info. Likewise, our dashboards need to automatically update based on chargebacks, refunds, etc. You will be completely coding this into our dashboard with our developers. This should be an EXTREMELY quick fix being that 99% of the website is done besides this.
