Fix and finish Wordpress Website

We're looking for a developer to fix and finish off a site that we've had done in Wordpress built from the Avada theme. The development site can be seen here [login to view URL] We have a couple of issues in Desktop view • The fonts in the site header seem to ‘jump in’ when the page loads, the fonts have been added in through Typekit • When you scroll the header changes colour, but we’re looking for the colour to fade in a little more smoothly, like it does on this site [login to view URL] • Also, we want the site to have elements fade in and out as you scroll up and own the page like it does on this website [login to view URL] . The current developer has tried to implement this, but its not working throughout the site, it needs to be on all large text in the main sliders and also on the elements that fall within the main content of the site pages. Mobile View • The contact details in the header disappear, it needs to be like the design layout shown on the attachment. • Read more button on home page needs adding in as the copy is quite long to scroll through on mobile. • There is an orange band with text on that runs full width on the site on all pages except the home, we need the text and size of the orange band reduced. • The main sliders at the top of every page aren’t displaying correctly, text too small, photos are being cropped off etc… • On Services landing page the text isn’t centred on the photo boxes and again the photos are being cropped off and needs to be corrected.
