CSSMania clone - CSS Gallery script

I'm looking for someone to create the following script in PHP: I enter multiple URLs in a textfield and press submit. On the backend, the site is accessed (on the server side) and a screenshot of a set resolution is taken of the page once it loads. The image is then saved on the server and the database is updated with the link to this screenshot. The screenshots should all be same size, without scrolling the browser. Note: The screenshots should be taken using the webthumb service ([login to view URL]) The title and meta description for each site should also be captured and saved. There should be an admin panel where it is possible to change the thumbnails and edit the titles and descriptions. URL's that are submitted outside of the admin panel should be pending approval until the admin has examined and approved them. The data should be saved in a MySQL database. Note: After pressing submit to submit the list of URL's it should be possible to close the browser immediately, without waiting for the thumbs to generate. A cron job should run in the background which will process the thumbs and obtain the titles and descriptions while the browser is closed.
