Create a custom WordPress plugin or Addon for Paid Membership Pro plugin

Greetings, I'm a freelancer and I'm handling a couple wordpress projects but I don't have enough time to finish everything thus I'm willing to pay for some assistance creating/customizing a couple small plugins. Before we get to it, the website that will be running this plugin uses WordPress and Paid Membership Pro plugin ([login to view URL]) to run its private club business alongside a few other plugins for reservations. The owner of the club requires a couple features: 1- Custom adjustable ID for every user. (for vanity purposes, not WordPress user ID nor paid membership pro member ID but will only use either of them as reference) -> Option to add a prefix eg if prefix is "DC" then ID displays as: DC123,DC124,DC125...etc. -> Option to control starting point. eg if starting from 500 then 500,501,502,503...etc, should always create a custom id for whenever a user is registered, can be empty with a warning. -> Option for staff(admin only) to edit/swap id's between users in a list/table. (again, its for vanity purposes) -> Log that includes which staff/user/admin made changes, previous and after id for which user at which date and time. -> a function that returns this custom id by searching user wordpress id OR membership id, this function will be used to implement additional features in the future. -> Required as a plugin. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2- Customize PMPRO plus approval addon [login to view URL] -> Currently this plugin supports only one approval needed for an applicant to be approved. -> Client requires that when a member registers, their membership application has to be approved by a staff/user/admin AND their head of business/user/admin. -> Should include the head of business/user/admin date of approval along the staff approval date in the approvals table. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Your code has to be clean and reasonably commented whenever necessary, a beautiful design is optional but has to be responsive, additional quirks are optional but if proved to be "useful" it may land you a bonus.
