We need a basic android app that needs to be made in 25 days. It needs to have a minimalist UI with tiles that link to our webpages that will open natively on the browser in the app. It has to be an education related app. We need quotations as soon as possible. We are based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Youtube also has to be natively embedded and custom recommendations of our videos should be presented to the user. We need someone who will share the source code with us so we have flexibility. Our budget is Rs. 40000 initial.
