Build a Web Application

We are looking for a credible freelancer who is able to fulfil our requirements. We are a freelancer who is able to create a web application that is has a fully fledged CMS, that manages all aspects of the application. Application requires different user permission including: • Administrator • Internal Staff • General Users Based on their user role, they will be able to see different information: • Administrator – can view all information • Internal Staff – can view all information submitted by general users • General Users – can only see what they have submitted The general users will enter the majority of the data, and the other user’s roles just administer the accounts. The layout of the application needs to be mobile optimised, due to the majority of the data entry been done of mobile devices (iphone, ipad). Features required in web application: • multiples tables • able to easily make changes • save and resume functionality • sign up from home page • connect to subdomain All bidders must submit samples of previous work, if no samples are provided you will be immediately removed from the running.
