Build me a script that pause keywords, sites, urls in certain traffic sources

I want somebody with certain level of programming, that create a script, the script must read some API keys. It must be scalable in modules for example If I select zero park as a traffic source, bemob as a tracker and toroadvertising as CPA network, the script must accept a configuration that tell to pause any keyword in zero park if it has more impression or more waste that I configurate without any conversion in Toro Advertising, the script must read kw and conversion in Bemob that is my tracker, using mainly APIs. The script must read all time all campaigns, validate each kw, and if it accomplish conditions to be paused, the script must pause, or if is there any conversion, the script let run the same target, kw, id zone, etc without pause until it acomplish the condition, if never acomplish the condition it should run forever. The main idea is to buy RON trafic, and select just kw, targets, zoneids that covert, if no convert pause inmediatly without wasting a lot of money. I need in modules, because the same campaign I will run on Megapush too for example, and must read the traffic of megapush, and pause or not according to my configuration. After that I need in clickadu, propellerads and RTX to start, If all works fine, in a few months I will upgrade the script with more traffic sources, more trackers and more CPA Networks. So Initially I need for Traffic Sources - Zero Park - Propellerads - MegaPush - RTX - Clickadu Trackers (initially) -Bemob (beyond could be with prosper202, volumm and others) CPA Networks -ToroAdvertising -Adcombo The script obviusly need friendly, I will share with some friends and they need to understand at first glance. In the script I shoud enter some configurations, like % or $ to wait until be paused, enter the name of the campaign in zero park, enter the name of the campaign in cpanetwork, read the kw in tracker to know if must pause or no, because in the cpa network conversions will appears like numbers or strings, but not show the siteid, url, zones, of zeropark.
