Build me login system in PHP

I have website that requires a login system. I would like to outsource this module. So here's what I want: - A simple login page that verifies the username and password of a person. - The password needs to be encrypted using the password_hash method of php and verified using the password_verify method. Use the Bcrypt algorithm to encrypt the data. - When a user logs in, a session needs to be created on his ID number. I am using a mysql database, so you can create one table and share the sql file with me to upload at my end. - Use PDO for purposes of security. And the login system should be sql injection proof. - Create 5 pages. [login to view URL] that contains the login form. This page should redirect the user to [login to view URL] that will contain one link, the [login to view URL] link, that destroys the user session. - The [login to view URL] should automatically redirect to login page if no login session is active. - Keep [login to view URL] page should contain the connection details. [login to view URL] page should contain session data and we can include these files in the [login to view URL]
