Build me a Hybrid app.

We want a hybrid app on which creators(in our case - Restaurant, bars, club owners and individuals) can create the events on the app. The end user can book a seat and enquire about the events in the web app directly. For restaurant we provides the end user details like -Location, timing, menu card, reviews of the restaurant & direct enquiry option like direct message to creator. For Bars and clubs we provides the end user details like -Location, timing, reviews of the bar & club. For Individuals - They create events (like- if one wants to play badminton but he/she is alone so he/she will create an event in sport category in the web app )-details like we show to the users are- the location, timing, cost and reviews and direct message. Categories are- Outdoor activities, Indoor activities, Events, Bars & Clubs, Restaurants We are also giving access to the normal user without the login. But for Wishlist, booking, reservation, direct message and to become creator they need to be registered and verified per email. There will be a Calender- If somebody clicks on a date and he/she can see the events on that day. End user can filter by-Type category, creator, reviews, Price(free or With cost). And End user can sort by- Distance, rating, Cost. Users can access it from app store/play store and web address.
