Hi. I believe this can be achieved with a little javascript. However, I still can't deduce the logic from your example. Shouldn't a residential customer with 1" pipe installed ($100) who has taken 50 thousand gallon a month be billed with a total amount of following equation: $100 + 50 * $8.25 = $512.5 ?
