Build a database with graphical view

In this project you should create a population database in MariaDB (former MySQL) and PHP from an MS Access database (table) with population data. The design is very important for this project. Don't bid on this if you can't do really good looking design of the presentation. The population data comes from one Swedish municipality. The database must be prepared to add more municipalities and a possibility to divide them into counties. The file of all municipalities and counties is included in the file kommunkod.xls. Design: The design and queries that is needed is included in the pdf file graphical design. Model the design and queries after the rough sketch in this file. Look close to the controls under the graphics. The controls is mandatory and should be easy to use. Requirement: The database and programing should be able to run on the web host http://www.one.com. They have support for MariaDB and PHP. The database and the php files must be easy to install to a web host. Help with the implementation on the web host may be needed. The graph and the table must be able to print out. The presentation on the print out must be good looking. Language file: There should be a language file function so that the language of all the controls and info text could be translated into swedish. All the municipalities with the swedish signs å,ä,ö must be presented in the right way.
