app for feeding API data and collecting results in spreadsheet

1. Need to create an app to accept lists of barcodes and feed them to this service: [login to view URL] .... then take the resulting data and create Excel compatible files (the files can be CSV, TXT (tab delimited), or Excel... As long as easy to import into excel) 2. the [login to view URL] API has multiple ways to search for data. We will only need to search by the BARCODE call. We will need the app to accept up to 2500 barcodes at a time (any range from 1 to 2500). Ideally, we can upload a CSV file with the barcodes to use in the search (or we can copy/paste a list of barcodes). see attached "sample barcodes list to be used as search [login to view URL]" 3. we will need to be able to set the API key within the app. 4. the [login to view URL] API has limits, so the app will need to call the API and check limits in order to self-regulate it's speed of requesting new data. eg: [login to view URL]**** "remaining_calls_per_month": "4999", "remaining_calls_per_day": "4999", "remaining_calls_per_min": "50" If remaining_calls_per_min = 5 or less, we pause the process for 10 seconds, then check remaining_calls_per_min again. If call per day or month = 5 or less, we stop process and generate spreadsheet with currently collected data. 5. we will only need to search for the Short parameter of the data (this removes all ‘Online Store’ and ‘Review’ results. The API call return is also much quicker.)
