Android Issue: Page jumps when form fields filled in

A client is having issues with their site on Android devices. When people are completing a form, the page scrolls up to the top. This doesn't happen on iPhone or desktop. She is testing on a Samsung S5. Can anyone resolve this issue? [login to view URL]
