RB1100AHx2 Routerboard first Time and Hotspot setup

Ladies and gentlemen, i bought a RB1100AHx2 MikroTik Routerboard and i want you to setup it to work as a hotspot in a public area. More specifically i will connect 2 dsl modem routers (and other 2 later this year, so in total 4) to the RB to share their internet connection to the users. We will have two types of users, Standard(300k/1400k,idle timeout 01:00:00) and Premium (1000k/7000k,idle timeout 1d 00:00:00) we will provide a static (no radius) password for the Standard users and another password for the Premium users -Users will get ip addresses from [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] but if the pool is full the RB will have to provide new pool addresses ie [login to view URL] to [login to view URL], after to 192.168.90.2-254 and at the end 192.168.91.2-254 but normally 100-300 users will have been connected But if the APs have a static address, ie [login to view URL] how will a user with an ip from different range be connected? (ie has [login to view URL])? Do you have a solution for this? -the hotspot login page will have to show up upon a user connects even if the webpage is secure([login to view URL] etc). (the Wifi APs will not have a password) -you will have to tell me to which ports to connect the LAN cables. Also note that i do not have any usb to serial cable to program the RB, if it is actually needed. How much will it cost?
