Administration of an event

PLEASE REVIEW THE TASKLISTS I'm starting a new business where I rent equipment of sound and when I send my workers to the events is a big Issue to get the permits to join to the event so I have an idea about having a website where we have security about login with email/password then when you join you will see like a small dashboard where you should type a security key that I will give the event administrators and with this you could name your event then add names and number of persons that could "pass" or are allow to join but the security key that you type in could have a limit of persons that are allow (for example some times the place where its the event just allow me to send 2 guys so even I send 4 guys the just let me join 2 guys so I have to manage that with the security key) and then generate a QR code maybe using the free API of [login to view URL] or any similar api, so with this the security of the event ccould scan the qr code and if I configure it to 4 guys it should just let him join just 4 of them and then the QR expires. I think it could be used with a postgress db. Should be a responsive webapp. One example of case of use: I'm an event planner I receive the security key: ksdjfh43f87ewhuw I just register myself in the website then join my security key so then I join to the dashboard and it say that I'm allowed to "allow" 5 persons so, I could create like an invite or like a permit that say "First name1, Last name1" then How many persons? "2" then add another "first name2, last name2" then How many persons "3" so with this I should have 2 QR codes 1 of them with the first name1 and last name 1 and allow 2 persons, and another QR code with firts name2 and last name2 and allow 3 persons. In the event when the security scans my QR just let join 2 persons for first name1 last name1 and the QR now its expired. PLEASE REVIEW THE TASKLISTS
