Add searchable directories to Wordpress site.

I am trying to add 2 or 3 directories to a Wordpress site using DIVI theme. One is a list of distributors for a certain company. I have a CSV file with the 395 distributors, addresses, etc. This must be searchable by map and by state. The second directory will be a simple list of locations where the product is in use. There are 256 of these. We would like the user to see a graphic of the United States and Canada, then click on their state and be shown the list of locations in their state, along with the products they are using (no more than 3 products per location. The last thing is an area for the user to search for certain products that meet their specifications. The user would pick from a list of 3 options, and a list of product that meet those specifications would be returned. I started creating the first directory using Web 2.0 directory for Wordpress ([login to view URL]). However I am not happy with the plugin. The csv importer cannot correctly import cities/states/countries into the database, and there is no way to filter certain results so we cannot use the same plugin for all three directories. So for example if I wanted to only show distributors but not installations that doesn't seem to be possible. I am already behind on this project from trying to get it to work with the plugin, so this must be completed as soon as possible.
