Account (subdomain) generation with PHP

I need a PHP script that sends an activation mail to a new customer and then generates a new account for him (new folder on server and subdomain) when he activates his account. Input: username and email address (no design needed, only two text fields) Database: User table = attributes: username, email, active (true, false) Process 1: send activation mail to the email address with activation code and URL Process 2: when the user activates his account generate a new account (folder with [login to view URL]) and make the necessary server mappings for the subdomain This project should not require more than 3 hours for an experienced PHP developer. I need a good documented script that shows clearly how the activation process and subdomain generation process is handled. It would be ideal if you could find a hosting program that offers a few days of free reseller hosting to test the script.
