Tweaking some PHP code, inspecting a database

I need to keep track (basically a running count) of every song heard on a website I own, so that correct royalty payments can be made. I had a php programmer built a database program some years back which keeps track of every song, including day, date, and time it was heard. On my Administration Page, I can choose an option that allows me to specify a range of dates (such as January-February-March) and then hit a button that totals the count for each song heard along with the title, artist or other fields from the metadata of all the mp3s, and puts this information into a file which I can download and look at in Excel. This seems to be working OK and may not need any changes, but I would like someone who is knowledgeable with such a setup to look it over and report the status, if any tweaks are needed, etc. Also: There are a couple of simple groups that play in a designated sequence. For example, Group 1 plays first, then Group 2. This is fixed by the use of a specially modified player. Therefore. the count for Group 2 can NEVER be greater than the count of Group1--except that there have been a few times that the count for Group 2 HAS been higher than the count for Group 1, and that seems impossible to me. I need this checked out And one other minor thing that needs to be done: the addition of an option that will allow me to delete an existing "channel," which is essentially a simple file You will see when you look at the setup that there are a few goofs that were made, and I just want to be able to clean them up.
