We have an Android app running webview which links to our PHP based live chat service. We require someone who can code notifications on Android to appear every time a message is received on the mobile app, similar to the notifications on WhatsApp. We understand it will require modifications to the PHP live chat and the App itself. The end result needs to be responsive and functional
