Cloud based Browser operated Property Management System.
Property Management System is a system which is used by Hotels and other guest accommodation related companies handled day to day work, receive, create, view and edit reservations, see productivity reports, handle invoices, etc. Basically this is what receptionists use when you check in hotel. This system will be used by us and other hotels as service.
System requirements:
• Cross browser compatible.
• Clean, good industry standard code.
• Created with Open Travel Alliance Standards.
• High cyber-security standards as working with credit cards.
Few of main feature categories are following:
1. Dashboard. Daily in-house Statistics, Arrivals, Departures, Unresolved bookings (check out due but not paid, etc), unread Messages, OOO Rooms, etc
2. Multi Property Calendar. Drag and drop bookings, new booking, room closure, booking Preview, Inventory/ rate quick update.
3. Last bookings/ profiles opened for quick access.
4. Room inventory, Rate update, Room types, Rate Plans, rates, master rates and derived rates.
5. Revenue Management tools. Algorithm to assist and auto update rates and promotions and provide booking analytics and reports
6. Email client and automated custom emails to guests. Send and read emails from guests (like email client), so it will need to connect to server and receive certain emails (only those corresponding to guest email address).

25. User Activity Log. To see what certain user has been doing.
26. Custom Access and User Privileges. Different Users levels like Manager, Reception etc

You can calculate another 20% features added to above mentioned. The system is currently still being designed so the development would only start in two-month time. We will provide all the mock-ups, wire-frames and graphical elements like icons, logos, buttons, etc. You will need to create this web service and all the databases.
