On our Big Commerce site we would like the ability to have a link at the end of certain shipping quotes so if a customer clicks the link, a quick popup would show explaining that shipping option. This would need to be on both the cart 'Estimate Shipping' screen as well as the Checkout 'Choose Shipping' method.
