I need a UI redesign of my personal website AndresBecerra.com. The attached document describes all the requirements and the current project history. I need an experience and talented graphic designer first and foremost that can first design the UI and, once the design is approved, convert the design to XHTML compliant code that uses CSS for all styling and layout. If you happen to have some experience with .NET 2.0 Master Pages that is a plus but not a requirement at all. I want to see examples of your past UI design work. Links to currently live websites are preferred.
## Deliverables
1) Electronic source file of your graphic design (for example, if you used Adobe Photoshop to design the UI mockups, I want the Adobe Photoshop file as a deliverable).
2) Once UI design approach is approved, XHTML and CSS files with placeholders for page content. Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Hello everyone,
I have extended the bidding for this project by 1 day. There are 2 companies which did not submit a formal bid and I want to give them a chance to submit their formal bid.
When I setup this project, I chose "Small Business Project: $100(USD) and above" and not "Medium Business Project: $500(USD) and above". My thinking was this would allow me to pay somewhere between $100 and $500 for the work. I did not expect to have to fill in the max bid field and did not expect such high bids as the ones I have received. Lesson learned on my side for the next few projects I plan to run in a few weeks.
Anyway, I would like to ask people to submit 2 separate bids. First bid would be for only doing the graphical design and delivering me the electronic design (i.e. Photoshop .PSD file). Second bid would be for converting the graphics in that .PSD file into an XHTML/C SS template which I can then plug into my website.
This would allow me to decide and choose if I want/can afford both the design and the conversion to XHTML/CSS.
Bidding for this project will close at the end of the day, Saturday 1/20/2007 EST.
Thanks,
Andres
## Platform
I want the XHTML/CSS to look the same in Firefox and IE6+ on Mac or PC.
